jara9 Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the jara9 platform and all its services. By creating an account on jara9, accessing the platform, or using any service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the platform. jara9 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. If you continue using the platform after updated Terms are published, you will be deemed to have automatically accepted the new Terms.

These Terms form a legal agreement. If anything is unclear, please contact our support team. jara9 is committed to ensuring fair play and transparent service at all times.

2. Definitions

The meanings of key terms used in these Terms are given below:

2.1 Platform

"Platform" refers to the jara9 website, mobile application, and all associated digital services.

2.2 User

"User" refers to any person registered on the jara9 platform who is legally eligible to use the service.

2.3 Account

"Account" refers to the information relating to a user's personal profile, balance, and transaction history stored on jara9 servers.

2.4 Wager / Bet

"Wager" or "Bet" refers to a user's decision to place a specific amount of money on a game or event.

2.5 Bonus Funds

"Bonus Funds" refers to financial benefits granted by jara9 that can only be withdrawn after specific conditions are met.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on jara9 you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false or incomplete information is prohibited and may result in account cancellation. Each user may hold only one account.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

jara9 reserves the right to verify a user's identity when required. A national identity card, passport, or other valid government-issued document may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be suspended until identity verification is complete.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login details secure. Do not share your password with any third party. If you notice any unauthorized activity on your account, notify us immediately.

• A maximum of one account is allowed per person
• Multiple members of the same household may use separate accounts, but sharing the same payment method is not permitted
• Transferring or selling an account is strictly prohibited
• Accounts cannot be opened in a corporate or business name

4. Age Limit and Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to use the jara9 platform. Account registration and use of any service by minors is strictly prohibited. Providing false information about your age is a serious violation and will result in permanent account closure.

jara9 reserves the right to verify age at any time. Failure to submit age-related documents or submission of false documents will result in account cancellation and forfeiture of all funds.

4.1 Geographic Eligibility

jara9 services are operated for users in Bangladesh. Access may be restricted from certain areas or countries. It is the user's own responsibility to comply with applicable local laws.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on jara9 is ৳100 (one hundred taka) — the same limit applies to all payment methods. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• Nagad
• Rocket
• Bank transfer (all major Bangladeshi banks)

Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. Bank transfers may take slightly longer to process.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

5.3 Transaction Verification

Additional identity verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts. jara9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals for investigation in the case of unusual transactions.

5.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currency conversion is not available and transactions in foreign currency are not accepted.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To withdraw this bonus, a wagering requirement of 20 times the total amount (deposit + bonus) must be met (wagering requirement 20x).

6.2 Bonus Terms and Conditions

• Each user may claim each promotion only once
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met
• Wagering requirements may also apply to deposits withdrawn after a bonus has been accepted
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited
• jara9 reserves the right to change or withdraw bonus offers at any time

6.3 Reasons for Bonus Cancellation

If a bonus is obtained through any dishonest or fraudulent method, the relevant bonus and all winnings derived from it will be cancelled. Accounts may be closed in the case of such activity.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Confirmation

A bet once accepted generally cannot be changed or cancelled. jara9 reserves the right to cancel a bet accepted in error due to a technical fault. In such cases the original bet amount will be refunded.

7.2 Result Determination

The outcome of all games is determined by a neutral and verifiable random number generator (RNG) technology. For live casino games, results are determined in the presence of a professional dealer.

7.3 Maximum Win Limit

The maximum amount that can be won in a single session on certain games may be limited. Details will be displayed on the relevant game page.

7.4 Sports Betting

For bets on sports events, jara9's own rules will apply if an event is cancelled or postponed. jara9 reserves the right to cancel bets on events related to suspected match fixing or corruption.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jara9 platform:

• Money laundering or attempting to process illegal funds through the jara9 platform
• Obtaining bonuses or promotions through fraudulent means (bonus abuse)
• Hacking accounts or attempting unauthorized access to another person's account
• Playing using automated software, bots, or scripts
• Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses or other advantages
• Exploiting any error or system loophole to gain an unfair advantage
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing other users
• Registering with false or fraudulent information
• Conducting transactions using a third party's payment method

jara9 reserves the right to close accounts, forfeit funds, and take legal action where necessary if any of the above activities are found to have occurred.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Suspension by jara9

jara9 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information
• No activity on the account for an extended period
• Court order or direction from a law enforcement authority

9.2 Closure by the User

Any user may voluntarily close their account. In this case, the available balance can be withdrawn provided all wagering requirements have been met. Self-exclusion can be activated for responsible gaming reasons.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

An account will be considered inactive if there have been no transactions for more than 12 months. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts.
